What is Nose Filler?

What is Nose Filler?

Nose filler is a non-surgical cosmetic procedure used to correct minor nasal shape irregularities, enhance symmetry, and achieve a more balanced profile. It is an effective option for those who are not considering rhinoplasty or who seek minor improvements to their nose shape. Nose fillers can be used to lift the tip of the nose, smooth out small bumps on the bridge, or fill asymmetrical areas. However, not every nose structure is suitable for this procedure; therefore, a thorough evaluation by your doctor is crucial before proceeding.

Preparation Before the Procedure

Before the procedure, the areas to be treated are carefully analyzed, and a treatment plan is developed based on the patient’s preferences. Comprehensive information is provided about the patient’s expectations, procedural details, and aftercare. If necessary, pre-procedure photographs are taken.

How is the Procedure Performed?

Before the application, a topical anesthetic cream is used to numb the area. The filler is then precisely injected into the necessary areas using microinjection techniques. Since the fillers contain local anesthetics, discomfort during the procedure is minimal. The process takes approximately 10-20 minutes and is completed quickly and comfortably.

Post-Procedure Recovery Process

After the nose filler procedure, minimal swelling or redness may occur; however, these effects typically subside by the next day. Most people can return to their daily activities immediately. The final results are usually visible within a week. If necessary, the procedure can be repeated.
